These are a great little snack, and one the kids can get involved in too.
Super easy to make and tastes delicious.
Bunch bananas
Ready roll puff pastry
Icing sugar
Bar of Chocolate of your choice (some milk chocolate brands can burn easily)

Preheat oven 200C/gas mk6
Start by peeling the banana, then slice it in half lengthways. With a
teaspoon scrape out the centre part, leaving a border around the
banana, Be careful not to go too deep.

Roughly chop up some of the chocolate and put it in the banana.

Cut the pastry into strips and wrap the banana, encasing it and the
chocolate.
Bake for 10-15 mins, until the pastry is golden brown.

Melt the remaining chocolate, you can do this in a microwave for 30 secs
at a time, be careful not to burn it.
Drizzle the chocolate over the banana and dust with icing sugar.
Enjoy warm.
